then Kathy sent me a rebate form I knew nothing about to make sure I received my $100 rebate gift card from HP! my order will arrive within 24 hours again. And again, Kathy sent me a nice follow up email along with the UPS tracking number. their prices clobbered the "special prices" I had been given at the "big box" office supply store. I decided to check prices for the toners I routinely used. The item was sitting at my doorstep within 24 hours as promised.įast forward to yesterday.
Kathy was awesome and assured me she could get me the correct part after verifying the make and model of my laser printer. a "big box" office supply store had shipped me the wrong item and I was stuck. A few months ago I needed a part in a hurry.
